Our Commitment
Every EXTRALOGIA order is carefully packed and dispatched with the same attention to detail that goes into the product itself.

1. Order Processing & Production
All EXTRALOGIA shoes are 3D printed to order. Each pair is produced individually after your order is placed. Please allow 10–15 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery
All orders are shipped from our production facility in Xiamen, China.

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order travels safely. Once your package is on its way, you can expect it within the following windows:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local carrier conditions, or events outside our control.

3. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to follow your shipment in real time.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking information has not updated for 15 consecutive business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed by more than 15 business days, please contact us at support@extralogia.com.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer either a priority replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Duties & Taxes
All applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by EXTRALOGIA. There are no additional fees upon delivery — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
